Shock Media, excellence in Accessibility Design and Development

The Web Standards Awards aimed to promote website design using W3C standards by seeking out and highlighting the finest standards-compliant websites on the internet.

Although the website awards are not actively run today, they have decided to keep the Web Standards Awards website open as a record of the first 100 websites that helped shape a period in the internet's development.

Our previous Shock Media website was one of the first Australian websites to win a prestigious Web Standards Award recognising excellence in accessibility design and development.
